That Was The Week That Was

Due to the snow on Wednesday our Adverse Weather Special Protocol Implementation Team (AW, SPIT) cancelled the 2-up TTT, so our midweek season didn’t start as planned. Things are looking much better for the first criterium omnium this Wednesday, though.

There was a small turn-out for the Saturday morning ride, but it was a successful ride. These Saturday rides are now a regular thing, and if no new riders turn up then the ride can become a pleasant social ride, or recovery ride. Sunday morning saw 19 riders out for the regular club ride, split into two groups. The strong east wind made for a pleasantly fast return down TWP 520 for our group.
