NOT THE MINUTES of the
NOVEMBER 4, 2015 MEETING

Mitch Davidson recently travelled to Adelaide to compete in the World Duathlon Championships, and finished 8th in his age category. Congratulations, Mitch.

The 2016 events program was discussed. It will be essentially the same as this year but with one more event – 21 events running every Wednesday from May 4th to September 21st. The extra event will be a hilly time trial. There are proposed changes to the start and finish of the Joseph Lake Road courses to improve safety. The format for the criterium handicap that was tried at the end of this year (5 groups at 20 second gaps) will be retained. Thanks to everyone who provided input.

The annual dinner and awards night will be on Saturday January 30th, 2016, at the Cafe Amore Bistro, 108 Street/106 Avenue. Seating is strictly limited to 40; the event will be up on Karelo in the near future.

The Annual General Meeting will be on Wednesday December 2nd, 2015, 7:30 pm at the Percy Page Centre. There are several vacancies coming up on the Executive. There should be more information on the new EMCC jerseys available by then.
